This charming pendant from the 1920s features a beautiful, faceted heart-shaped natural amethyst, set in a 14ct yellow gold frame. The amethyst is surrounded by a halo of natural diamonds, as well as a diamond-set bail, adding an extra touch of elegance to the piece.
