Set with a centre, natural sapphire & surrounded by a cluster of beautiful, eight cut, natural diamonds. Mounted on a lovely 18ct yellow gold band with pretty pinched shoulders.
Face of the ring measures approx 8.2mm x 8.2mm. The sapphire measures approximately 3.5mm in diameter.
