Fabulous, Edwardian marquise shaped ring. Beautifully handmade setting with gorgeous, platinum, lattice detailing. Set with a centre, natural European cut diamond & a lovely marquise shaped halo of rose cut diamonds. Mounted on an 18ct yellow gold band.
