Pretty, little, circular gold pendant. Features three, gorgeous, blue topaz hearts suspended in the centre of the gold frame & is completed with a cute diamond set bail.
This would make a lovely- something old, something blue, wedding gift!
Measures approximately 16.7mm in diameter
