This stunning vintage 1990s French 18ct gold heart-shaped pendant features an open design with a natural teardrop ruby suspended in the centre, which we believe to be a Burmese ruby. The captivating ruby is framed by approximately 3cts of fabulous, white French natural diamonds. This unique piece exudes timeless elegance and is sure to make a statement.
